Strain Sensor Interface Unit Mainframe. Ideal for use with strain gages plus enhancements and strain gage transducers.  REPLACES Model PCD-300A. Provides the same excellent electrical specification performance of the PCD-300A.  New mechanical mainframe housing allows selection of the plug-in signal Input Adapter Module to meet match connector needs.  The PCD-300B requires one (1) signal connector Input Adapter Module.  Connects to PC via USB port and converts PC to a measuring instrument. Number of measuring channels: 4-channels; connect any combination of additional 4-channel PCD-300B (Strain) or PCD-320A (Voltage) units to reach maximum of 16-channels.  Bridge Resistance:  120 ohm, 1-, 2-gage method; 120 ohm to 1k ohm, 4-gage method. Complete with DCS-100A control software for use with Windows 2000 Professional, XP Home Edition and Professional and Vista.  Input range: 7-steps, +/-200 to +/-20000 μm/m and OFF.  Frequency Response: DC-200Hz. Bridge Carrier Frequency: 1 kHz sine wave. Auto balance. Simultaneous Channel Sampling Frequency: 10 kHz. Nonlinearity: ±0.1%.
