The Model SSP3000 steering robot provides computer controlled steering of vehicles. This system performs standardized and custom steering dynamic tests such as NHTSA roll-over tests like J-turns and Fishhooks. System is designed for quick installation into vehicle cabin without removing the production steering wheel. The SSP3000 is used as a Stand-Alone Actuator System or Fully Integrated with AUTOPILOT Driving Robot Systems. High-Dynamic brush-less drive motors with digital axis controller provide high torque and velocity for smooth, precise steering motion. Includes built-in steer angle and steer torque measurement. Different levels of systems and different interfaces are available.
