Features of Pulse Heat Joining:
- In Joining One (1) and Two (2), when pulse heating is employed, where cooling is done while the pressure is being applied, generation of void is suppressed and highly reliable joining without lifting up can be achieved.
- In Joining Three (3), the displacement control unit is used for control of contact between the heater tip and the cell. As a result, cracking of the solar cell is prevented.

Joining One (1): Joining of Bus Bar and Bus Bar
Two (2) Bus Bars, made of solder plated Cu ribbon, are soldered together by pulse heating method. As the joined (overlapped) area is rectangular and large, uniform temperature distribution will be important.
Joining Two (2): Joining of Bus Bar and String Ribbon
Bus Bar and Strin Ribbon are joined together by solder by the pulse heating method.
Joining Three (3): Joining of String Ribbon and Cell
String Ribbon and Cell are joined together by solder by the pulse heat method
