TRAINING & SUPPORT

SOLTEC maintains a technical staff to assist Customers with instrumentation use questions.  Our Technical Library or FAQ pages provide quickly answers to most frequently asked questions.  Operation manuals may be downloaded from our Product Literature page. Or if you prefer, you may call, fax, or e-mail us your request.

SOLTEC also offers formal training classes for a fee at either SOLTEC’S Los Angeles area facilities or on-site at the Customer’s facility.  

 PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS
 
SOLTEC provides product Demonstrations throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada.  For all other International requests, SOLTEC provides service via a worldwide network of Test & Measurement Instrument Agents of which we are a member.  Please contact us for a product demonstration or support anywhere in the world.

 RENTAL & LEASE PROGRAMS

SOLTEC offers Lease-to Purchase programs for selected product models.  Please contact SOLTEC’S Sales Department for complete details at 800-423-2344 Ext. 411.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

SOLTEC guarantees and stands behind the quality of all of our products.  Product warranties vary in length, so please contact us for warranty details and coverage.  The typical warranty is one (1) year all parts and labor. In the event that you have special modification needs or would like to repair an item after the warranty period has expired, please contact our Service Laboratory at (800) 423-2344 Ext. 381.

 CUSTOM & OEM
 
SOLTEC currently offers Blanket Order Contracts to allow large volume Customers access to the best pricing and prompt delivery.  A typical Blanket Order Contract establishes a minimum quantity of a specific item to be shipped at specified intervals during the contract. The discount from the list price reflects the total estimated quantity to be purchased during calendar year or defined 12-month interval, whichever is more convenient for the Customer.
